Remote desktop not working after virus




















Thanks for reaction. I have already done this. Also the Windows 10 version tried from different versions also the same version 20H2 not working anymore.

At that point i dont think the DNS is needed. I shall suggest you to download and install Microsoft Remote Desktop assistant. What's the ping result? Can you ping problematic machine successfully? If not, what's the exact error message?

When pinging to the problematic pc there is a Time Out. Nslookup i have tried this but i got the DNS server ip adres back. The Pc's are also not in a domain but in a Workgroup there is no Server.
