At that point i dont think the DNS is needed. I shall suggest you to download and install Microsoft Remote Desktop assistant. What's the ping result? Can you ping problematic machine successfully? If not, what's the exact error message?

When pinging to the problematic pc there is a Time Out. Nslookup i have tried this but i got the DNS server ip adres back. The Pc's are also not in a domain but in a Workgroup there is no Server. Also, post the result of Nslookup command. In addition, please first ensure you can ping locally , ping Ping the gateway set up for your computer, as well.
Note: since this is a public forum, everyone could view your information, please remove private information that might leak your privacy. On the problematic pc there is no problem to use the internet that is working withoud any problem. Also this problematic pc have 2 drive letters mapped from shared folder also working without any problem. Ping to the problematic pc is giving time out and no reaction.
